1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Saskatchewan.

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

Ticket sales are final; no refunds.

2. 50/50

Total tickets available for sale will be 10,000

Maximum payout potential is $25,000

1 for $10.00

3 for $20.00

10 for $50.00

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Ticket Sales Start: August 1, 2025

Deadline: Final ticket sales deadline is September 11, 2025 at 3:00 pm

Draw: The 50/50 draw will be held September 11, 2025 at 3:30 pm

If for some reason the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected with the approval of Sask. Liquor & Gaming. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased from.

Draw will be held at Fiacco Plaza - 1900 block Scarth St., Regina, SK.

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator Software (RNG).

Ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://cmharegina.rafflenexus.com/winners on September 11, 2025.

4. Winner

The winner will be contacted by phone by the Canadian Mental Health Association, Regina Branch, if they are not present at the draw.

Winners consent to the release of their names by licensee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Regina Branch or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Mental Health Assoc./Regina Branch Inc. does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: finance@cmahregina.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other

Unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for a period of one (1) year from the date of the draw. If the prizes go unclaimed beyond their hold date, the prize/cash equivalent shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.
